Project Delivery Manager
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Team Manager to lead Proof of Value (PoV) projects in a global technology environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading multiple projects simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery from kickoff to handover.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple parallel PoV engagements from kickoff through handover.
- Coordinate SME, UX, development, and testing resources across projects.
- Manage project scope and commitments, ensuring deliveries meet customer expectations.
- Work closely with Sales throughout each engagement and support customer-facing activities.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure alignment with processes, releases, and dependencies.
- Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve blockers, scope changes, and resource conflicts.
- Drive delivery quality and consistency across a growing portfolio of projects.
- Report progress and risks to leadership.
Krav
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including development, testing, UX, or SMEs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with sales teams and engineering organizations.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
