Project Manager

Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Project Manager.

The Project Manager - Internal Projects is responsible for planning and executing internal development, pilot and modification projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely delivery in support of technology development and qualification. The role ensures that project scope, priorities, and outcomes are aligned with technology and business needs.

Job responsibilities:

• Owner-Side Project Management: Act as project manager on behalf of the company for internal development, pilot and larger modification projects; define project scope, objectives, and success criteria; maintain overall responsibility for project delivery (scope, cost, schedule, quality).
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans; ensure structured execution from concept through completion and handover; follow up progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordination of Resources & Projects: Identify and mobilize relevant internal resources; coordinate and manage interfaces with the company’s projects as a services provider; define clear scopes of work.
• HSE & Compliance: Ensure all projects are executed in full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards; identify, assess, and manage project risks.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate closely with Technology Development, Process Engineering, and HSE managers; align project activities with test programs and facility constraints.
• Technical Implementation: Ensure translation of technical requirements into practical solutions; follow up design, installation, and modification work.
• Continuous Improvement: Capture and transfer lessons learned; contribute to improving internal project models and governance.
