We are now looking for a Tender Engineer to strengthen our team in Lysaker. The technical tendering team within the Umbilical & Cable Systems Business Line consists of 6-8 engineers working on a global portfolio of tenders and studies. The team is located in Lysaker Norway, and Houston/Mobile USA. As part of the engineering department, you will interact on a daily basis with colleagues working in EPC projects, subject matter experts, as well as the Sales and Commercial department.

In this role, you will:

• Develop technical and commercial tender solutions based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Support early-phase engineering, concept development, and umbilical system design.
• Lead technical reviews and collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver robust solutions.
• Work closely with supply chain, cost estimation, sales, and business development teams to optimize proposals.
• Prepare and present technical studies, tender documentation, and client-facing deliverables.
• Identify risks and opportunities while driving efficient execution through strong stakeholder collaboration.
