We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join the Settlement & Tax team at Euronext Securities in Oslo. You will report to the Engineering Manager and play a key role in advancing secure and resilient securities issuance and settlement.

Responsibilities:

• Developing, testing and maintaining high-quality backend services using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Designing and implementing scalable, event-driven architectures.
• Building and integrating RESTful APIs aligned with OpenAPI standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and system enhancements.
• Troubleshooting and resolving application issues, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness.
• Writing clean, maintainable and testable code following best practices.
• Participating in code reviews and sharing knowledge with team members.
• Supporting unit testing and continuous integration pipelines.
• Using GIT for version control and team collaboration.
• Contributing to our observability setup (experience with OpenTelemetry is a plus).
• Creating and maintaining clear technical documentation.
