We are looking for engineering Graduates across several VARD companies and disciplines:
- Vard Electro: Software Development, Cyber Security, and SeaQ portfolio; Power, Remote, Control, Bridge & Navigation, Communication & Safety
- Vard Design & Engineering: Machinery, Structural, Electrical, Naval Architect & Accommodation, and HVAC
- Seaonics: Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering and Control System Engineering
- Vard Design: Conceptual Design, Hydro & Stability, and Research & Innovation
- Vard Interiors: Engineering, Procurement, Finance and Project Management

Krav
- You must be a student graduating in 2027 within a relevant field such as Ship Design, Marine Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Hydrodynamics, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, ICT, Cyber Security, Project Management, or Finance.
- You should be structured, proactive, and able to work systematically in a dynamic environment.
- You must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You need to be a team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- You must have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- You should identify with the VARD values of Craftsmanship, Salesmanship, and Fellowship.
