Project Manager

Our Elastopipe team is looking for a structured and results-oriented Project Manager who will contribute to the successful delivery of our projects and the continued growth of our business. As part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of engineering, project management, production, and commercial professionals, you will be responsible for managing projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects through all phases, including planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
• Plan, manage, and follow up on project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and internal and external resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure structured project execution and effective resource utilization.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and implement mitigating actions when required.
• Monitor project performance and ensure deliveries are completed according to agreed objectives, quality requirements, and deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with customers, engineering teams, production, and international project stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes, systems, and working methods.
