We are seeking a seasoned, solution‑oriented Senior Executives to help accelerate our growth within Energy and Renewables, with a particular focus on expanding our footprint in the Norwegian market.

What the day will look like

• Lead advisory and broking relationships for a portfolio of Energy and Renewables clients, providing strategic risk insight and market-leading solutions.
• Drive growth across Oil & Gas, Oilfield Services and Offshore Wind through proactive business development and deep sector expertise.
• Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring high-quality delivery, retention and expansion of our relationships.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across disciplines to bring integrated Aon capabilities to clients.
• Contribute to the development and mentoring of more junior team members, supporting a strong performance culture.
