Head of Group Accounting - Join a Listed Growth Company Transforming Sustainable Salmon Farming

Our mission is to deliver fresh and locally farmed Atlantic salmon direct to the Chinese consumer, saving airfreight cost and import duties and significantly reduce carbon footprint.

As Head of Group Accounting, you will play a central role in developing and strengthening the finance function during an exciting phase of growth. Working closely with the Oslo-based CFO and the finance team in the Chinese subsidiary, you will be responsible for consolidation, reporting, and financial governance matters across the Group. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine technical accounting expertise with operational involvement in an international listed company.

Main responsibilities

• Lead the monthly and annual financial reporting processes, including group consolidation
• Prepare board, management, regulatory, and stock exchange reporting
• Support and follow up international subsidiaries and local finance teams
• Serve as a trusted advisor on accounting, tax, and VAT-related matters
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, controls, and reporting routines
• Contribute to strengthening internal controls and corporate governance across the Group
• Act as primary point of contact for external accounting firms and auditors
