VARD Graduate Programme 2027

What you bring to the team
We are looking for ambitious and motivated students graduating in 2027 within relevant fields such as Ship Design, Marine Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Hydrodynamics, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, ICT, Cyber Security, Project Management, Finance, or other disciplines relevant to the maritime industry.

- You must be an ambitious and motivated student graduating in 2027 within a relevant field such as engineering, technology, finance, or project management.
- You should be structured, proactive, and able to work systematically in a dynamic environment.
- You must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You should be a team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- You must have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
