Safety & Quality Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and curious Safety & Quality Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop within the HSSEQ field and gain broad exposure to operational, technical and organisational processes.

As a Safety & Quality Engineer, you will support safe and reliable FLNG operations by working closely with offshore and onshore teams and following up with client on risk management, investigations, performance improvement and the continuous development of our management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and following up on HSSEQ activities across offshore and onshore operations.
• Maintaining and updating safety and quality documentation, systems and reporting tools.
• Monitoring, maintaining and reporting performance indicators and KPIs.
• Supporting audits, inspections, investigations and follow-up activities.
• Participating in risk management activities and helping ensure that risk processes are effectively applied.
• Working closely with offshore teams to promote compliance and good HSSEQ practices.
• Contributing to emergency preparedness activities, planning and exercises.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve the way we work.
• Supporting the HSSEQ Manager in ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
