About this opportunity
Nordea's Corporate Finance team offers advice to our clients in relation to public and private mergers & acquisitions ("M&A") as well as initial public offerings and other equity capital markets ("ECM") transactions. Our comprehensive deal experience and track-record coupled with the unmatched financial strength of being the largest Nordic bank allows us to offer our clients a unique full-service proposition encompassing both advisory services and financing.
What you'll be doing:
- Involvement in the entire deal value chain, from business origination to transaction execution
- Company valuation and modelling
- Financial and commercial analysis
- Creation of marketing materials
- Meeting with current and prospective external customers and stakeholders
- Interaction and coordination with other internal Nordea teams
Krav
- You must be graduating with excellent credentials from a recognised university or business school in 2027.
- You must possess excellent analytical and modelling skills with high attention to detail.
- You must have the ability and appetite to take responsibility at an early stage.
- You must demonstrate a proactive and commercial attitude with a positive, goal-oriented mindset.
- You must be fluent in both Norwegian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
