About this opportunity

Nordea's Corporate Finance team offers advice to our clients in relation to public and private mergers & acquisitions ("M&A") as well as initial public offerings and other equity capital markets ("ECM") transactions. Our comprehensive deal experience and track-record coupled with the unmatched financial strength of being the largest Nordic bank allows us to offer our clients a unique full-service proposition encompassing both advisory services and financing.

What you'll be doing:

• Involvement in the entire deal value chain, from business origination to transaction execution
• Company valuation and modelling
• Financial and commercial analysis
• Creation of marketing materials
• Meeting with current and prospective external customers and stakeholders
• Interaction and coordination with other internal Nordea teams

The role is based in Oslo, Norway, with travelling to be expected.
