Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for an Application Service Manager.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of SAP applications, including maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Plan and coordinate application-related activities and ensure effective prioritisation of tasks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and implement solutions.
- Support delivery of initiatives and ensure alignment with agreed scope and timelines.
- Contribute to operational support, including coordination of incidents, service requests, and follow-up activities.
- Support in maintaining roles and authorizations, ensuring appropriate access management and compliance with security requirements.
- Participate in and support structured change governance processes, ensuring that changes are prepared, reviewed, and communicated effectively.
- Ensure clear communication of system changes, releases, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain visibility of activities, dependencies, and risks across the application landscape.

Krav
- You hold a relevant higher education degree within IT, business, or a similar field.
- You have proven experience with SAP application management and a solid understanding of key SAP modules.
- You possess a strong understanding of IT landscapes, including system integrations and end-to-end processes.
- You have strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with experience working in complex environments.
- You have strong communication skills in English, and proficiency in Norwegian is preferred.
