About the role

As a Project Manager at Eidel, you will lead complex, high-tech development projects within the space and defense sectors. You will take responsibility for assigned projects from contract handover through development, delivery, and final customer acceptance.

Responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for assigned projects from contract handover through development, delivery, and customer acceptance.
• Lead and support multidisciplinary project teams.
• Develop, maintain, and follow up project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with contractual requirements and Eidel's internal processes.
• Manage project scope and initiate and prepare change requests when required.
• Identify, assess, and follow up project risks and opportunities in accordance with Eidel's quality system.
• Maintain close communication with customers and ensure clear and professional project follow-up.
• Coordinate and collaborate with external partners and suppliers.
• Monitor project budget, progress, and key milestones, and report status to management.
• Prepare relevant internal and external project documentation and status reports.
