The VP Head of Strategy & Transformation is responsible for defining and driving the development and transformation of the Finance function in line with Statkraft’s and CFO strategic priorities. The position leads cross-cutting strategy and transformation initiatives across Finance to strengthen effectiveness, efficiency and Finance’s ability to support the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Finance strategy and transformation: Lead the development and execution of the Finance strategy and target state in alignment with corporate strategy and CFO priorities.
• Digital finance and capability development: Lead the Finance digital agenda, including the development of a coherent digital roadmap for the CFO area.
• Operating model, ways of working and organisational effectiveness: Drive improvements in ways of working, culture, capabilities and the Finance operating model.
• Transformation and efficiency agenda: Support and coordinate Finance-related transformation and efficiency initiatives.
