Project Control Lead
We are looking for an experienced Project Control Lead for an assignment in Stavanger. You will ensure the project uses a consistent and agreed approach to the management of cost, including reporting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of different disciplines for cost, planning, progress reporting, DCC/LCI, MOC, and analysis.
- Support finance in license budgeting and act as a focal point for coordination.
- Track expenditure against budgets on dedicated projects.
- Actively support projects in the preparation of standard project work breakdown structures.
- Prepare and collate full project cost estimates across project phases.
- Identify issues and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate the completion of monthly reports on dedicated projects.
- Support the estimating process to ensure cost risks are identified and quantified.
- Review, analyze, and challenge supplier and contractor cost and study reports.
- Monitor progress reporting and align with agreed KPIs.
- Direct and chair cost management meetings with contractors and internal departments.
- Drive the process of performing cost and schedule risk analysis.
Krav
- MSc or BSc in Business Administration, Engineering, or a technical certificate in Construction Management.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant project experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably from both early-phase and execution-phase projects.
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
