Tender Manager

Omega Subsea is growing within subsea, ROV, survey and offshore marine operations, with an increasing number of larger and more complex opportunities. We are therefore looking for a structured and commercially minded Tender Manager to manage tender processes from enquiry through submission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate tender processes from enquiry through submission.
• Review tender requirements and establish clear responsibilities, deliverables and deadlines.
• Coordinate technical, operational and commercial input across the organisation.
• Ensure proposals are complete, compliant and commercially sound.
• Manage customer clarifications and follow up internal actions.
• Support tender strategy, bid/no-bid evaluations and commercial recommendations.
• Identify and communicate commercial, contractual and operational risks.
• Coordinate input from suppliers, partners and subcontractors when required.
• Maintain accurate and structured tender documentation.
• Contribute to improving and standardizing tender processes, templates and ways of working.
• Support effective handover of successful tenders to project teams.
