About the positions
We are looking for advisors to join our experienced People & Organisation team. As part of this team, you will work at the intersection of people, business and technology, helping shape how we develop our organisation. Our team work across a broad range of people and organisation topics, including workforce planning, learning & development, talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits and change initiatives.
The roles offer significant opportunities to develop new capabilities, broaden your experience and explore internal career opportunities across the company.

Krav
- You hold a relevant master's degree in fields such as people and organisation, business administration, finance, technology, or organisational psychology.
- You have 2-5 years of experience within people disciplines such as advisory, talent management, workforce planning, or organisational development.
- You possess experience in partnering with leaders to support business and organisational priorities.
- You have a solid understanding of employment legislation, employee relations, and core people processes.
- You are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders while balancing strategic and operational responsibilities.
- You demonstrate an interest and fluency in digital technologies, people analytics, and AI-enabled work processes.
