Senior Vice President, Head of Performance Management
Statkraft is Europe’s largest renewable energy producer and is looking for a Senior Vice President, Head of Performance Management to lead the group-wide planning, forecasting, performance management, and financial decision support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead group-wide planning, forecasting, and target-setting processes.
- Advise Corporate Management on performance, trade-offs, resource allocation, and financial implications of major business decisions.
- Own performance management standards, methodologies, and key assumptions across planning and investment analysis.
- Ensure capital allocation decisions are supported by consistent and comparable financial analysis.
- Lead financial decision support for major investment opportunities, including greenfield developments, acquisitions, and strategic projects.
- Build and lead a high-performing organization focused on performance, accountability, and business partnership.
Krav
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Significant senior leadership experience in Performance Management, Group Finance, Corporate Finance, or Investment Analysis.
- Deep understanding of capital allocation, valuation methodologies, financial decision frameworks, and scenario analysis.
- Experience operating within large industrial, infrastructure, energy, or similarly complex organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Must be eligible for security clearance and authorization.
