Who you are

As a senior leader, the Director of Strategy, Communications and Impact will play an important role in shaping the organisation’s strategic direction, strengthening collaboration across teams and supporting the culture of trust, accountability and high performance. The role includes leading multiple workstreams and teams across the Secretariat. This position brings together strategy development, strategic communications, monitoring, evaluation, learning and impact.

Duties and responsibilities

• Coordinate strategy development and provide strategic updates to the Board and Senior Management Team.
• Embed strategic priorities in resourcing, work planning and impact measurement.
• Provide strategic leadership for EITI communications channels and outputs.
• Lead development of high-level speeches, media engagement, crisis communications and statements.
• Oversee MEL, KPIs, results frameworks and evidence gathering to demonstrate impact.
• Contribute actively to Senior Management Team discussions on strategy, delivery, finance and organisational priorities.
