Nordic Service Contract Manager
Make a difference. With Kärcher. As a world leader in cleaning technology, Kärcher is known for innovation, quality, and sustainability. We are now looking for a structured and commercially-minded Nordic Service Contract Manager to join our team.
Your Key Responsibilities
In this new and central role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our service contracts across the Nordic region. You will manage everything from pricing and creation in SAP and Oneview to renewal and profitability analysis.
- Manage the Contract Lifecycle: Take full ownership of creating, maintaining, and renewing all service contracts in our SAP and Oneview systems.
- Support Sales & Pricing: Collaborate with service managers to determine contract pricing and support the sales team with quotations.
- Oversee Service Execution: Manage the follow-up of all work orders related to contracts and ensure service quality.
- Drive Profitability & Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and calculate contract profitability.
- Optimize Customer Communication: Streamline and digitalize communication with customers regarding their service contracts.

Krav
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
- You must have 2+ years of experience in service contract management, finance controlling, or a highly relevant administrative role.
- You must possess a strong understanding of contract management principles and financial controlling.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CRM systems (e.g., Oneview) is essential.
- You must have excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
