Engineering Manager – Mobile Apps

In the Merchant domain, our mission is to build seamless, world-class mobile experiences that empower businesses to connect effortlessly with their customers. We’re now looking for an empathetic, structured, and strategic Engineering Manager to nurture, lead, and champion our growing team of 12–14 iOS and Android engineers.

What you’ll do 🛠️

• Grow & coach our people: Act as a mentor and manager for 12–14 iOS and Android engineers across cross-functional teams, helping everyone learn, level up, and unlock their full potential.
• Build the community: Foster an open and inclusive learning culture across our mobile engineering communities, where people feel safe to experiment and share knowledge.
• Make things happen: Turn bold product visions into smooth execution by allocating resources, removing bottlenecks, and clearing organizational hurdles.
• Collaborate: Build strong collaboration with Tech Leads, Product Managers, and fellow EMs to help teams deliver well together.
