Maritime Trainee
With more than 50 years of experience and operations in 30 countries, Odfjell Technology is looking for a Maritime Trainee within Technology, Business Transformation, and Project Management who will rotate within relevant departments and locations. Following completion of the trainee program, the intention is that the trainee will continue in a permanent position in Odfjell Technology.
Maritime Trainee is one of the leading management trainee programs in Norway. The program lasts for 18 months and combines working in a world-leading maritime company with an academic program consisting of five modules in Norway, Singapore, Copenhagen and London. As a Maritime Trainee, you are assigned a mentor, and you build a network within a multidisciplinary, international and professional program.
During the trainee period, you will gain experience within:
- Business transformation and process improvement
- AI and digitalisation initiatives
- Project management of strategic initiatives
- Data analytics and business intelligence
- Technology and innovation projects
The position will be based at our office in Bergen or Stavanger, with the opportunity for shorter stays at our international locations. Start of the program is August 2027.
Krav
- You hold a Master's degree in technology, Industrial Economics, Business, Innovation, Digitalisation, Project Management, Data Analytics or a similar field.
- You have between zero and five years of work experience post-master's studies.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You demonstrate excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- You have a willingness and desire to travel and the ability to function in diverse business cultures.
- You are curious, structured, and have a desire to challenge existing ways of working.
