Project Control Lead

The Project Control Lead provides direct support to Project Manager(s) in ensuring that our projects achieve business- and project goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall Master Control Schedule (MCE) on dedicated projects, CCE (Current Cost Estimate), planning, cost estimation and monthly reporting.
• Provides guidance to Planning and Cost Control Specialists.
• Drive the implementation of project control tools, systems, training and follow-up.
• Ensure a consistent approach to cost management, including reporting and forecasting.
• Lead a team of different disciplines for cost, planning, progress reporting, DCC/LCI, MOC and analysis.
• Support finance in license budgeting and act as a focal point for coordination.
• Tracking of expenditure against budgets and preparation of full project cost estimates.
• Review, analyze and challenge supplier and contractor cost- and study reports.
• Drive the process of performing cost- and schedule risk analysis.
