We are currently looking for a Purchaser to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise, collaborate with skilled colleagues, and contribute to exciting projects across the VARD value chain.

Duties and responsibilities

• Support and execute procurement activities across the procurement organization, in close cooperation with category owners.
• Convert Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders, ensuring correct commercial and delivery information.
• Support supplier negotiations and Framework Agreements, Price Lists and other commercial agreements, including contract review.
• Collect and evaluate offers, including price and commercial analysis.
• Support volume, spending and purchasing data analysis.
• Follow up supplier performance, deliveries and other purchasing activities.
• Support commercial and contractual topics, including Terms & Conditions and payment terms.
• Follow up and resolve purchasing-related deviations and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate procurement data and support efficient processes.
• Ensure relevant supplier, pricing and delivery information is accurately maintained in SAP/ERP.
• Support invoice and PO-related processes and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.
