Commissioning Engineer Process/Utility

The Commissioning Engineer is responsible for performing Completion and Commissioning activities as instructed by the Commissioning System Responsible Engineers (SRE) related to the fabrication and system testing of topside equipment.

This position requires flexibility and periods as commuter or rotation at Stord/offshore to be expected. Possible night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, set and/or verify Valve & Blind lists.
• Complete CPCRs.
• Execution of Commissioning activities assigned by the Comm SRE on dedicated systems.
• Verify Construction Field installations are according to design/ISO/P&IDs in collaboration with Commissioning SRE or others in MC/Commissioning team.
• Participate in check-out, verification (Walk Down/Yellow line) according to the RFCC (Ready for Commissioning Certificate) Hand-Over Process.
• Participate in meetings for planning Commissioning activities.
• Ensure effective communication between operation, maintenance, contractors, and suppliers.
• Reporting to the Commissioning SRE regarding ongoing Commissioning activities.
• Assist with the collection of documentation related to RFOC (Ready for Operations Certificate) Hand-over.
• MC follow-up and punch-out of defined packages.
• Contribute to ensure timely completion of commissioning activities in accordance with commissioning plans and requirements.
