Job Description

Follow up procurement packages. Develop and implement procurement strategies with focus on cost reduction and value creation. Conduct market screening to identify cost-effective suppliers and solutions. Prepare inquiry documents for equipment and services in close cooperation with engineering. Perform commercial evaluations of quotations. Issue purchase orders. Monitor and ensure delivery according to agreed timeframe, cost, and quality. Manage variation handling. Handle risks, deviations, and invoice processing. Ensure all activities comply with client guidelines, work instructions, and procedures. Continuously contribute to improvements that reduce risks and costs, enhance delivery quality, and strengthen collaboration.
