Area Manager – Maritime and Energy Sales

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening Zenitel’s position in the Maritime & Energy markets within your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Maritime & Energy segment.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with key customers.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients including shipowners, shipyards, system integrators, and energy operators.
  • Collaborate with partners and distributors to maximize market reach.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, product) to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • You have proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Maritime, Offshore, or energy sectors.
  • You possess a strong network within the industry which is highly desirable.
  • You have a solid understanding of technical solutions or communication systems.
  • You demonstrate excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • You are a self-driven, result-oriented professional with a passion for winning.
  • You are fluent in English and have the ability to work independently across multicultural teams.
