Head of Group Procurement

We are now establishing a new Group Procurement function and are looking for an experienced and ambitious leader to build it from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group Procurement strategy aligned with the Group's overall business objectives.
• Establish and lead the Group Procurement function, including operating model, governance, processes, and category management practices.
• Build and develop a high-performing procurement team, including recruitment, capability development, and leadership.
• Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and deliver measurable commercial value across the Group.
• Develop and implement ESG-related procurement policies, governance structures, and supplier management practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on procurement, supplier strategy, supplier risk management, and value creation.
