Department Manager Naval Architecture & Accommodation

As our current Department Manager for Naval Architecture & Accommodation is moving on to new opportunities within VARD, we are looking for a leader who can further develop both our people and expertise.

Duties and responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the management team and play a key role in executing company strategy and ambitions.
• Ensure the right staffing and competence within the department to support projects, conceptual development and internal initiatives.
• Overall personnel responsibility for the team, including development, performance and well-being.
• Accountable for project execution and high-quality delivery within your discipline.
• Contribute to strengthening quality through a structured and continuous improvement mindset.
• Lead project planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Maintain and further develop partnerships and collaboration with other VARD entities and external partners.
