At Æra Glass Cabins, we offer our guests more than just a place to stay. Surrounded by the nature outside Tromsø, our unique glass cabins provide an unforgettable experience where comfort, nature and hospitality come together. We have a total of 22 accommodations and are a growing company with opportunities for our staff members to develop and grow together with the company.

Arbeidsoppgaver

As a chef de partie at Æra, you will prepare meals that are delivered directly to our guests glass cabins, allowing them to enjoy a unique dining experience with the comfort of their accommodation. Our menu focuses on hearty and Norwegian inspired dishes, including the favorites such as a reindeer stew and fresh salmon. You will work in a small kitchen team where you will need to have good communication with your colleagues from the front desk. We value consistency, teamwork and creating a unique experience for our guests more than serving lots of persons.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking a la carte dishes
• Maintaining the food quality and presentation
• Supporting the daily kitchen operations
• Following food safety and hygiene regulations
• Working closely with colleagues to create an excellent guests experience
