HR Tech Operations Advisor

KONGSBERG continues to grow, and we are now strengthening our capacity within HR technology. We are looking for a structured and delivery-oriented HR Tech Operations Advisor who thrives in daily operations, user support and practical problem-solving in Workday and other HR systems. This role is suited to someone who likes getting things done, following up on details and helping ensure that HR processes work effectively day to day.

We are looking for someone who enjoys getting cases resolved, creating order in systems and following up on details until they are completed; an HR Tech Operations Advisor who will support the team in delivering stable HR technology services and collaborate closely with IT, divisions and Corporate Center functions.

You will:

  • Support the daily operation of HR technology and follow up on cases, requests and system performance (currently Workday, SD Worx and other HR systems).
  • Provide user support, troubleshooting and resolution of HR system-related issues.
  • Contribute to the coordination of testing, rollouts, updates and maintenance activities.
  • Keep documentation of processes, procedures and system changes up to date and accurate.
  • Support data management, validations and basic governance tasks across HR systems.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, divisions and Corporate Center functions.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation and improved employee and manager experience.
  • Support reporting, follow-up and administrative activities in the HR technology team.

Requirements

  • Relevant higher education is required.
  • You must be fluent in English.
  • You must be eligible for security clearance and authorization in accordance with the Norwegian Security Act.
  • Experience with Workday or other HR systems is an advantage.
  • You should have a good understanding of HR processes and an interest in technology-supported ways of working.
