Join Vaultica as Accounts Receivable Specialist

Vaultica is a fast-growing pan-European data centre platform, supporting some of the world's most demanding digital infrastructure requirements. As we continue our expansion across EMEA, we are strengthening our regional finance capabilities and are now looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Italy.

This is a key role within our finance function, offering full ownership of billing accuracy, credit management, and accounts receivable performance across our Italian entities. You will work closely with Sales, Accounting, and Treasury teams and report directly to the CFO.

Your Responsibilities

• Billing Ownership: Own and manage the end-to-end billing process across Italian entities, ensure invoices accurately reflect contractual terms, and manage billing adjustments and reconciliations.
• Credit Management & Cash Performance: Conduct customer credit assessments, monitor accounts receivable ageing, drive collection processes, and track key performance indicators like DSO.
• Financial Control & Compliance: Partner with Accounting during month-end close, ensure compliance with IFRS standards and Italian VAT regulations, and maintain strong internal controls.
• Systems & Process Improvement: Own billing master data quality, identify opportunities for automation, and support ERP enhancements.
