Food Production Operators - Greater Oslo Area
We are currently looking for several Food Production Operators for exciting assignments within the food manufacturing industry at Hagan, north of Oslo.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in food production who thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
Your experience is ideally from:
- Fish and seafood production (not logistics or sales)
- Sushi production
- Meat processing
- Poultry production
- General HACCP work

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will vary depending on the production site and department, but may include:
- Food production and processing
- Cutting, trimming, and other knife-related tasks
- Packing and quality control
- Operating production equipment and machinery
- Ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety (HACCP requirements)
- Cleaning and maintaining production areas
Requirements
- You must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in food manufacturing or food production.
- You must have experience with fish, seafood, sushi, meat, or poultry production.
- You must be comfortable with physically demanding work and a fast-paced environment.
- You must be able to communicate in Norwegian or English.
- You must be comfortable working in chilled environments and around fresh fish products.
