Senior HR Tech Advisor
As KONGSBERG continues to grow, robust and well-governed HR technology is becoming increasingly important. We are strengthening our HR technology capability to support efficient operations, strong employee experience, and scalable business processes.
We are now looking for a Senior HR Tech Advisor who will play a key role in ensuring stable operations, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration with stakeholders across our HR technology landscape.

You are collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to balance operational execution with continuous improvement. You are structured, service-minded, and able to translate operational complexity into clear solutions.
You will:
- Own and support the day-to-day operation of HR technology across relevant HR systems currently including Workday, SDWorx, and other HR systems and processes.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for HR technology improvements, requests, and process challenges.
- Coordinate with IT, divisions, and Corporate Center functions to resolve challenges and improve service delivery.
- Support system configuration, testing, releases, and change management.
- Ensure data quality, process integrity, and appropriate access management across HR technology platforms.
- Contribute to the development, documentation, and standardization of HR technology processes.
- Support integrations and cross-functional improvements in collaboration with HR, IT, Finance, and other relevant teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Act as a driver of continuous improvement and work purposefully to make it easier to be an employee at KONGSBERG.

Requirements
- You have solid experience with HR technology, HR operations, or HR systems support.
- You possess experience with HRIS platforms and related business processes.
- You have a good understanding of data quality, process governance, and access management.
- You demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- You have the ability to work effectively across HR, IT, and business functions.
- You hold relevant higher education and are fluent in English.
