Do you love vintage fashion, sustainability, and have a passion for both social media and store operations? UFF Bergen is looking for a structured and creative Assistant Store Manager to help run our store while curating and growing our Instagram presence.

About the role:

This is a 100% position. You’ll be the right hand of our store manager, ensuring smooth daily operations while also leading our Instagram strategy.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and co-running daily store operations.
• Using Excel and spreadsheets to track inventory, sales, and performance metrics.
• Creating engaging and stylish Instagram content, from posts and stories to reels.
• Showcasing our unique vintage finds in an authentic and inspiring way.
• Engaging with our online community and responding to messages/comments.
• Assisting in in-store events, collaborations, and promotions.
• Supporting the store manager in budgeting, reporting, and general administration.

Who you are:

• A creative soul with an eye for fashion, aesthetics, and vintage style.
• A natural storyteller with experience in Instagram marketing and content creation.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with basic understanding of numbers and Excel.
• Comfortable with data entry, tracking sales, and analyzing trends.
• Passionate about sustainability, second-hand fashion, and ethical shopping.
• A team player who can take initiative and bring fresh ideas to the table.
