Would you like to be part of this journey? Then join our team! The PTx Precision Farming Manager (m/f/d) is a key role in the PTx organization to drive the adoption of technology for dealers and farmers.
Your Impact:
- Drive the adoption of PTx precision farming technologies across all equipment in your territory through dealer sales support and product training.
- Champion technology growth by delivering expert training and consultations to dealers on best-fit PTx solutions.
- Provide strategic feedback to internal sales and product teams to inform development and strategy.
- Develop dealer network capabilities in precision farming to boost equipment market share and customer satisfaction.
- Support dealers in farmer interactions and deal closures to enhance brand reputation and retail success.
- Lead sales pipeline activities by coaching dealer teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Represent the company at meetings, field days, farm shows, and marketing events to promote our technology and its benefits.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Business, or a related field with agricultural experience.
- At least 3 years of sales management experience with a strong track record in driving growth and managing dealer relationships.
- Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish).
- High willingness to travel across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
- Deep understanding of the agricultural market, its dynamics, and dealer business models.
