Financial Controller

You will report to Head of Finance and be a part of a skilled, collaborative team where knowledge is shared, ideas are welcomed, and everyone contributes. You will play an important role in ensuring high-quality financial reporting while helping improve processes, support business decisions, and contribute to the continued development of our finance function.

What you will be working on

You will work closely with both the finance team and the wider organization, turning numbers into insights and supporting better decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing hands-on to the group’s financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual), including preparation and posting of accounting entries.
• Assisting in the preparation of statutory accounts.
• Ensure high-quality financial follow-up and reliable data.
• Analysing and following up on KPIs.
• Improving and streamlining processes and routines.
• Acting as a sparring partner on accounting, tax, and VAT matters.
• Delivering analyses and ad hoc reports that create clarity and direction.
