Would you like to work on a spectacular project in an international environment? Sotra Link Construction JV ANS is looking for a Senior Planner to join our team on a major infrastructure project connecting Bergen with the island of Sotra.

Position Responsibilities:

• Preparing and updating project schedules, including baseline schedules and comparison between actual and planned activities.
• Coordinating construction, engineering, permit, and procurement schedules.
• Identifying critical paths to target milestones and monitoring progress against industry standards.
• Developing civil works schedules in coordination with the Project Construction Manager and checking for variances.
• Advising Procurement Managers to ensure supplier and subcontractor delivery schedules are met.
• Participating in internal project meetings and providing comprehensive Earned Value metrics.
• Developing and managing the link between the program and BOQ, ensuring coordination between Planning, Cost Control, and BIM teams.
• Conducting Delay Analysis on subcontractor programs and supporting the EOT analysis process.
• Presenting recovery plans and "what-if" scenarios to the Project Director/Manager.
• Mentoring and training junior planners.
• Performing Programme Risk Analysis by identifying emerging trends and analyzing work interfaces.
