Duties and responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for customers, shipyards and equipment suppliers.
• Handle warranty cases reported by customers.
• Coordination of personnel and organization of replacement parts in connection with warranty cases.
• Ensure invoicing of costs and parts that are justified according to contract.
• Report deviations and improvements back to the organization.
