Warranty Coordinator

Duties and responsibilities
- Be the point of contact for customers, shipyards and equipment suppliers.
- Handle warranty cases reported by customers.
- Coordination of personnel and organization of replacement parts in connection with warranty cases.
- Ensure invoicing of costs and parts that are justified according to contract.
- Report deviations and improvements back to the organization.

Requirements
- You possess relevant technical expertise from the maritime industry.
- You have a background in electrical and/or mechanical engineering.
- You have good computer skills.
- You are fluent in both Norwegian and English, both oral and written.
- You are proactive, systematic, and result-oriented.
