We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator!
Are you studying marketing, communications, media, or a related field, and looking for hands-on experience with social media? Do you want to learn how a large brand plans, coordinates, and publishes content for guests across nearly 500 shops in the Nordics and Germany? Espresso House Group is looking for a Social Media Coordinator in a temporary part-time position to join our Brand & Marketing Team in Oslo.
About the Role
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will support the Brand & Marketing Team with the day-to-day coordination of social media content. The role is focused on practical and operational tasks such as planning, administering, coordinating, and preparing content for review and publication.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of social media content across markets.
- Help gather input on campaigns, products, seasonal moments, shop activities, and brand priorities.
- Coordinate with Commercial Managers to understand local market needs and ensure relevant content is included in planning.
- Support the Brand & Marketing Team and external agency with briefs, follow-up, timelines, and content coordination.
- Administer content in relevant planning and publishing tools and help prepare content for review and approval before publication.
- Assist with basic follow-up on content status, feedback, and agreed next steps.

Requirements
- You are currently studying, or have recently studied marketing, communication, media, branding, business, or a related field.
- You are available to work during regular office hours (part-time) from August through December 2026.
- You have some experience with, or a strong interest in, social media, digital marketing, content coordination, and content creation.
- You are structured, responsible, and comfortable handling coordination and follow-up tasks.
- You understand platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook and have a good sense of what makes content engaging.
- You are fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.
