Gammelbua Restaurant – Reine, Lofoten Islands, Norway
For the summer season 2026, we are looking for 1 Waiter / Waitress for the period of mid-July and August 2026.
About the Position
As a waiter/waitress at Gammelbua, you will be part of a dynamic team serving a high volume of international guests during peak season. The summer months in Lofoten are busy and require efficiency, structure and a strong service mindset.
Main responsibilities include:
- Providing professional and attentive table service
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages
- Ensuring high standards of customer care
- Working closely with kitchen and bar staff
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
