We’re looking for a Solution Engineer with hands-on experience in the Microsoft Power Platform to enhance our internal business systems and streamline processes. As part of our Business Solutions team within IT, you'll be at the forefront of developing and scaling applications that support our rapid, M&A-driven growth and cross-Nordic operations.

As a Senior Solution Engineer – AI & Automations, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our core applications are well‑integrated, leverage state‑of‑the‑art AI capabilities, and align with strategic business goals.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Deploying AI-based capabilities to optimize business processes and modernize our application landscape using e.g. CoPilot Studio, Claude, etc.
• Building and maintaining automations and integrations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure Integration Services.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, solution managers, and vendors to translate needs into measurable technical solutions.
• Supporting the further strengthening of our core business applications, especially of Dynamics 365 CE and Dynamics 365 FO.
• Leading migration projects (especially in M&A contexts) by replacing legacy systems with Power Platform‑based solutions.
• Maintaining, documenting, and improving existing automations and integrations for scalability and reusability.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Norway. We work in a flexible hybrid model.
