Cloud Architect

We are now looking for an innovative and technically driven professional to join us in shaping the future of our digital infrastructure. As Cloud Architect, you will both be leading the development of Norrøna’s cloud infrastructure and building high-quality software applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the evolution of our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.
- Spearhead DevOps initiatives and facilitate the adoption of Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Build and design scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments.
- Collaborate closely with software teams to build, test, and maintain robust applications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical platforms.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Documented track record on Kubernetes and Terraform with preferably 4+ years of experience.
- Experience in security best practices, including identity management and compliance in cloud environments.
- Strong programming skills with the ability to write clean, reusable code.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to manage a high workload while maintaining a collaborative and service-minded approach.
