Do you have strong organizational skills and enjoy working in a structured environment? We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in the Sotra Link project in Bergen.
In this role, you will be responsible for warehouse operations and logistics, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. You will also support the coordination of deliveries and contribute to efficient project logistics.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing goods
- Maintain accurate inventory and perform regular stock checks
- Follow up on deliveries and purchase orders
- Coordinate logistics and material flow within the project
- Ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained
- Contribute to improving warehouse processes and efficiency
- Support logistics operations in the project

SICE is responsible for the full implementation of the electromechanical and automation systems for the Sotra Link project. This includes main and secondary roads, tunnels, bicycle paths, bridges, and crossings. SICE will be responsible for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of technical systems such as lighting, ventilation, traffic systems, control, and communications.
Requirements
- You must hold a valid forklift license (T1–T4) and a driver’s license (Class B).
- You should have previous experience working in warehouse or logistics roles.
- You must possess strong organizational skills and a structured approach to your work.
- You need good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively.
- You must be fluent in both Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- You should be comfortable performing physical work and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
