You will work closely with our Head of Architecture and the broader architecture community to ensure a coherent, secure and forward-looking technical direction across Wealth Management.

What You Will Do

This role combines architecture, business analysis, and initiative leadership. You will:

• Drive initiatives and create clarity: Lead work from idea to implemented solution, structure needs, run workshops and prepare decision-ready proposals.
• Shape and align technical direction: Contribute to target architecture, solution design and technical decisions, and support development teams.
• Connect business and technology: Act as the closest technical partner to business and product teams, challenge assumptions, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
