Job Description
CRM Specialist eMobility
At Circle K, our ambition is clear: To become the favorite stop for EV drivers by delivering the world's leading charging experience. Electric mobility is one of Circle K's most important growth areas, and our eMobility business is scaling rapidly across Europe. As we continue to grow, we need smarter commercial processes, better customer insights, and stronger sales capabilities to support our business units and customers.
We are now looking for a CRM Specialist who can help connect eMobility more closely to the commercial setup in Circle K. This role sits at the intersection of Salesforce, sales enablement, reporting, commercial operations and local markets. You will help make sure our sales teams have the right tools, structure and insights to support customers and grow EV charging across Europe.
What you will own and drive
- CRM & Commercial Operations: Integrate eMobility into Circle K's existing Salesforce ecosystem, opportunity management processes, forecasting and reporting. Act as the Salesforce Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for eMobility across European business units. Drive CRM adoption, usability and governance across markets.
- Insights & Reporting: Connect Salesforce data into dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI. Improve commercial reporting and business insights. Identify data gaps and drive improvements in data quality.
- Sales Enablement: Connect EV sales onboarding and training with existing enablement frameworks. Support sales teams with practical tools, content and processes that improve execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, After Sales, Technology and local Business Units to simplify complexity and create practical, scalable solutions.
Why join Circle K?
Play a key role in one of Circle K's highest-priority growth businesses, work at the intersection of sales, data, technology and commercial development, and join a highly skilled international team with a strong collaborative culture.
