THE OPPORTUNITY IN A NUTSHELL
As a Total Rewards Manager, you will join Vend’s Rewards team to drive our multi-year rewards strategy, lead high-impact projects, and mentor our growing team. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, shaping the evolution of rewards in a listed company.
Role Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategic implementation and continuous evolution of our multi-year rewards roadmap.
- Lead key projects end-to-end, including compensation reviews and bonus cycles.
- Ensure governance is coordinated across HR, Finance, and cross-border business verticals.
- Develop competitive compensation frameworks and support the preparation of Board Compensation Committee meetings.
- Critically review existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and digitization using AI and data analytics.

Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in Rewards with a solid grasp of the Norwegian compensation landscape and local benefits.
- You have a proven track record of driving end-to-end reward processes and steering compensation frameworks.
- You possess strong project management skills with the ability to independently lead large-scale initiatives.
- You are commercially sharp and analytical, able to transform complex data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to act as a trusted mentor to the team.
