Precision Farming Regional Manager

Your Impact:

  • Drive the adoption of PTx precision farming technologies across all equipment in your territory through dealer sales support and product training.
  • Champion technology growth by delivering expert training and consultations to dealers on best-fit PTx solutions.
  • Provide strategic feedback to internal sales and product teams to inform development and strategy.
  • Develop dealer network capabilities in precision farming to boost equipment market share and customer satisfaction.
  • Support dealers in farmer interactions and deal closures to enhance brand reputation and retail success.
  • Lead sales pipeline activities by coaching dealer teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Represent the company at meetings, field days, farm shows, and marketing events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Business, or a related field with agricultural experience, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of sales management experience with a strong track record in driving growth and managing dealer or distributor relationships.
  • Fluency in English and in one of the Scandinavian languages (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish), both written and spoken.
  • High willingness to travel across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
  • Deep understanding of the agricultural market, its dynamics, and dealer business models.
