Join our team of Fulfillment Operators at Lier!

As a Fulfillment Operator, you’ll play a key role in picking and delivering high-quality groceries to the right customer. You will work in a fast-paced, inclusive environment with passionate colleagues who value collaboration and learning.
What you’ll be doing
- Pick and pack goods for customers.
- Be the first point of contact for the handover of goods from suppliers.
- Ensure that products are on the shelves and that the workplace is kept tidy.
- Work closely with your team to achieve our operational goals and measure against company KPI´s.
- Contribute to a culture that works with continuous improvement of processes and working methods.

Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be able to speak and understand English.
- You should be comfortable with and enjoy routine-based tasks.
- You must be motivated by working in an environment with a high pace and physical activity.
- You should be self-driven and enjoy taking ownership of tasks.
- You must be able to work as part of a team towards a common goal.
